Every piece from TEMPORARY is made with intention — hand-distressed, vintage-inspired, and crafted with care. Because of the artisanal nature of our process, no two pieces are exactly alike. Each garment carries its own character — marked by craftsmanship, not perfection.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us.
If something’s off — we’ll make it right.


🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchange or store credit requests if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It’s not marked as final sale

  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery


⚠️ If Your Item Arrives Damaged

While rare, if your piece arrives damaged beyond its intentional distressing, we’re truly sorry.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll fix it fast — via replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on what’s right.


🔄 Replacements

Replacements are only possible for damaged or defective pieces.

If your size or style is sold out, we’ll offer:

  • A store credit

  • A different product of equal value
